Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zyloraglobal.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
